Have you noticed that dresses are trending? I am seeing more blog and Instagram posts about spring and summer dresses than I am about shorts/pants? I decided to take a chance on 2 dresses from Amazon, and they didn’t disappoint. One is a more casual spring dress and the other is a little more on the dressy side. Today, I’ll be showing you the casual, everyday spring dress.

I have seen this dress on a few influencers who are probably in their 20’s-30’s. I ordered it thinking it would probably look a little too young for me, but figured if I didn’t like it, Madelyn might. Or I could always return it. Turns out I liked it!
I love the colorful flowers that are sewn on the top of the dress. And look at the flutter sleeves.
I am 5’6″ and the dress hits me right above my knees. It’s roomy and flowing and perfect to cover up any lumps and bumps (if you know what I mean…). The dress isn’t lined, so unless you want to show off your undies, you may want to consider a slip. Yes, people still wear slips, or at least they should.
I styled it with silver sandals, but I think it would look great with black sandals or mules or even red or pink shoes to bring out the color of the flowers.
You could also have fun with jewelry for this dress. Colorful bangles or stacks would be cute. And put on some earrings to match your bracelets, and you have a colorful, sassy look for date night, lunch with friends, or running around doing errands. I mean, you gotta look cute when you run to Target for that one item, right?
Hope you have a great day! Be sure to check back soon as I’ll be sharing another dress from Amazon that is a little dressier. For more spring dress inspiration, be sure to check out my post, 4 Spring Dress from Loft Outlet & How to Style Them.
Until next time…
